TeckWrap stopped production of Candy metallic colors in 2018 due to several color fading issues with first batches of SL01 Sakura Pink and SL02 Coral Sunbeam. Due to the declared three year warranty period for outdoor use, customers who purchased products in this period can forward reclamations with pictures and product LOT number to crm@teckwrap.com.
TeckWrap will either replace defective product without charge or compensate it with money customer paid.
