Have you been looking for a vinyl film with extra protection? More durable and easy to maintain? Now you can purchase it! We have produced a gloss film that has an additional top coating on the upper layer. Self-healing and UV protective coating that will extend the lifespan of the gloss film.
The thickness of the film: 0.15mm
The thickness of film with release liner: 0.31mm
Type of film: High grade polymeric calendered film with air release and top coating
Adhesive: Henkel solvent-based acrylic adhesive, ultra-weather-resistant, viscosity 1000~3000cps, thickness 12 μm dry
Release liner: Felix Schoeller Release Liner / 20-104-20-1,9 printed, double side PE coated Kraft. (ISO 9001, ISO 140001, OHSAS 18001)
Storing period: 2 years if stored in +10°С to +20°С, relative humidity 50%, in original package, away from direct sunlight, clean and dry place. Important: if the film has a PET liner, the top protective sheet should be removed before installation, and the film should be stored without the protective sheet to prevent "tunneling."
Indoor life: 4 years when followed rules of application and use
Outdoor life: 2 years when followed rules of application and use (Zone1)
Dimensional stability: shrinkage less than 2%
- Plastification: between 30%-35%
- Release Force (N/25mm), standard 0.08~0.20, result 0.12, temp 25°C 60%
- Initial Adhesion Force (g/25mm), result 972.48, temp 25°C 60%
- 180°Peel Strength (N/25mm), result 15.64, temp 25°C 60%
- Holding Force(h) (GB/T4851-1998, result, ≥425H, temp 25°C 60%
Light Ageing in UV Exposure: Test Method: ASTM D4329-13 Cycle A & ISO 105-A02:1993/Cor.2:2005, Test result: 5, pass
Package: Roll width 152 cm, length 18 m, weight 13 kg
Application: +16°-18°С, usage from -30°С to +30°С. Do not leave the wrapped surfaces under direct sunlight for a long time. Top-coating will protect color pigments from UV but can be burned (become matte) when exposed to high temperatures.
Tools: Standard squeegee with a soft buffer
Conformability: smooth and medium curved surface
Overlap width: 3-4mm
Post heating: 80 Celcius. One should be careful with the post-heating of a film with top coating. Exceeding the recommended temperature and post-heating of large panels may cause blur and matte spots to appear.
Important note: The images, colors, and finishes on the screen are approximate. For the real representation of the product, always check the color swatch. Rolls from the same production LOT number shoul.d be used for completing a wrap job as a slight batch to batch variation of color may occur. The film may scratch during the application or a day in and out use. The warranty does not cover the scratching of the film.
